Slipper temple sizes are measured by two methods. Method one is the measurement from the hinge pin to the point at which the cable temples bends down behind the ear. Method two is a measurement of the total temple length. Because total temple length is increased or decreased by the sharpness of the bend, total temple length is the best guide to use. Generally, total temple length of between 5 and 6 inches will fit most adults.
