Solid Gold Pince-Nez

Gold eyeglass frames have always been expensive and therefore only a limited number were produced. Gold Pince-Nez that date between 1850 and 1920 are most common.

Between 1900 and 1930, many frames were made from 10k and 14k gold. Unfortunately, many of these frames were melted down after the stock market crash of 1929.
