Double Folding Temple Spectacles
Stock Number 1038-03

Double folding temple spectacles with the large wig loops tend to date 1750-60. They are the first improvement on Edward Scarlets temples specs. This pair is in excellent condition. The hinges have only slight wear. The steel has only a few spots of rust that can easily be removed with steel wool. The lenses are original. One lens is heavily scratched.
The snap shut steel case is also in excellent condition.
