Pair # 1005-39 are made from brass. They are German. Many German made spectacles came to the US with immigrants. Also, Hessians soldiers brought many pair to the Colonies. When these soldiers were captured, all of their personal belongings was taken away. Size: 4 5/8 inches wide. Total temple length is 6 inches. Temple length to the turn-pin is 4 1/4 inches in excellent condition
